Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to a screening or event at Uprising Theater, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ticket Sales
Tickets are valid only for the specific film, date, and showtime selected at the time of purchase. Seating may be general admission unless otherwise noted.
Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including schedule conflicts or inability to attend.
Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of Uprising Theater and are subject to availability.
Exchanges may only be granted when:
the request is made before the start time of the original screening, and
the requested screening is not expected to sell out.
Uprising Theater reserves the right to deny exchange requests when capacity is limited.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may be admitted at the discretion of theater staff and only at appropriate breaks in the presentation in order to minimize disruption.
Event Changes or Cancellations
Uprising Theater reserves the right to change screening times, programming, or event details when necessary.
In the event that a screening is cancelled by the theater, ticket holders may be offered:
an exchange for another screening, or
a refund.
Theater Conduct
Uprising Theater is committed to providing a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests. The theater reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who engage in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Recording Policy
Audio or video recording of films is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the theater and possible legal action in accordance with copyright law.
Technical Issues
While every effort is made to ensure high-quality presentations, occasional technical issues may occur. Uprising Theater will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues quickly.
